Florida Freedivers
Learn, shop and dive with the experts at Florida Freedivers. The FII Level I course is two day and covers everything from safety and problem management, breathing techniques, & equipment selection to correct freediving methods for gradual depth progression. This course is ideal for scuba divers, recreational freedivers, and beginners wishing to master the freediving techniques enabling you to confidently freedive to depths up to 66 feet. The maximum breath hold for the course is 3 minutes. The FII Level 2 Course is three days and perfect for spearfishermen and freedivers who have already completed the Level 1 Course, the Open Water Freediving Course, or are already experienced with breath hold activities. During this course we introduce you to your natural inborn aquatic abilities and instruct you on the specific techniques to unlock them. Most divers are achieving 80-100′ of depth during this course.
