Kalamata Freedivers is located in the Marina of Kalamata, directly on the sea front, with an easy entrance to the dive site with unlimited depth, within 5 minutes driving from the shore with a speed boat.
Diving conditions in Kalamata bay are one of the most stable and consistent in Europe. Without currents, absolutely zero waves, water temperature around 27-28°C in summer and no significant thermoclines.
The dive centre facilities include a changing area with hot showers and toilets, personal equipment storage and equipment washing and hanging area.
Top quality freediving equipment is available for hire if you do not wish to bring your own.
A wide selection of shops, restaurants and bars are to be found in the harbour, making it a great location to spend the day, or have lunch between dives. Non-diving partners will love this popular location as well. Ample car parking is available, and the harbour is also adequately served by taxis and buses if required.
