The YMCA Diving Center operates a community to develop and maintain it as a lifelong hobby, not just training for obtaining a license, and operates freediving information sharing and diving schedules within the community.
In addition, we provide expert freediving related physiology, mechanics, and anatomy theory education rather than simple theoretical education in the swimming pool waiting room or cafe.
